Event Registration 'Current School field needs to support 'Other' option/allow text entry

While it isn't difficult to add a 'Form Field' to ask for 'School Name Other', it seems very unintuitive to need to do this. Every other location in EMS that asks for a 'Current School' automatically gives the option to enter text if a school isn't listed in the dropdown.
