Ability to edit the print generation format of forms with rating matrices

When you use a rating matrix in a recommendation form, it appear to the recommender as a grid but in the print format, it is listed in text. I propose to change the print format so it looks the same as the grid

      I 100% agree. The form is really hard to digest on the reader/admissions end. Having just switched from Ravenna to Blackbaud, I am disappointed that we cannot just view the actual application pieces as the parents see them. Having to export them to a pdf and then not see the grids or matrixes feels like I am back in the early 2000's.
