Customize list of Text Message countries

In the new text message update section of the application form, we would like to limit country to USA as we don't have any applicants coming from out of country (as I'm sure many schools have) it would reduce a level of confusion

    Please get someone to look at this as an option. USA has to be a huge segment of your user base. Every major platform has this as an option.
