It would be really helpful to be able to select certain grades when turning on self-scheduling. It would benefit all schools who would like to be more time efficient and utilize this feature. Especially for a K-12 school, where our interviews and assessments look different for each grade. Once you turn self-scheduling on, it shows up as an option for every candidate in the system who hasn’t scheduled an interview. You can choose time slots for specific grade levels, but the “Schedule an interview” button will appear on every candidate’s admission checklist – Pre-K through Grade 12 (unless they’ve already scheduled one). So now, all families see “Schedule an interview”, but if they click on it they run into a dead end when they try the drop down menu because we have not set up self-scheduled interviews for some grades. This feature is no longer useful or helpful to us unless you give us the ability to select certain grades.
