Remove/apply green "Completed" icon to all completed steps on candidate checklists
It would be helpful if the green "Completed" icon on candidate checklists was either applied to all completed steps or removed. It seems like this icon is used on checklist steps that allow for user-uploaded data but it is confusing for some families when one completed step has the icon and another does not.

This would be very helpful for teacher recommendations because they don't look complete since there is no green Completed icon.

- The reason why only the "Birth Certificate" step is showing a green Completed box so far is due to how the checklist step itself is set up. That step was created to allow the family to upload the file to the candidate's record so the button on the checklist changes from "Upload" to "Completed".
- The Application and Transcript steps are not configured with an upload and instead are forms and links. These checklist types will only show the blue check next to their name when completed, since there is no box to show as completed for them. These types of steps cannot currently be edited to also show a large Completed box as they are hard coded to the system.
Please give us the option to show a big green completed box on every checklist step. It's confusing for parents to see it on some steps but not all steps.
