Allow schools to modify "Additional Comments" on Teacher Rec Forms
Allow schools to change "Additional Comments" (which is currently hard-wired) on the Teacher Recommendation Forms to "Personal Note from Parent/Guardian". It is not obvious to the teacher who wrote that message.
