From Enrollment Management Checklists, please add option to send checklist notifications (reminders/follow-ups) to Candidate, Parent of Candidate, or Both

Currently, these default to the Parent of Candidate only, despite the notification placeholders only including [Candidate First Name] and [Candidate Last Name], and nothing about the Parent Name.

PLEASE add the ability to correspond (notify) with the CANDIDATE.

Official Notes work, but are not automated.
