Delete Past Year onBoard Official Notes

We would like the ability to organize Admissions Official Notes by role and/or candidate status through the Official Notes inbox, or to set a date range where they could be archived or hidden.

      We would like the ability to organize our official notes to where we are not scrolling forever to find where a new note has been added by another team member.
