We have a school form for each student that we asked parents to complete. I can export a list that shows who completed the form and who signed the form, but I cannot see which student in the family it is regarding. I can see the students list in the box that pops up when I first click on the submitted forms, but the export doesn't show it. After the fact, I am told I should have added the student's name as a form field. That doesn't seem necessary since that information is already being gathered. It should be something that could be easily exported as data.
