Add more specific placeholder options for communications and official notes, such as pronouns, titles, checklist steps, ect.
Please add more specific placeholders to address users outside the system in a more professional way. Such as pronoun options, or job title options. It would be great to make this so that the requestor could fill those fields out.

[author prefix] would be helpful to sign the email as, for example, "Mr. Edwards" instead of using first name of the teacher/author.
