While using Candidates List-- When scrolling down or across, you no longer see the name of the student (usually listed in the first column) and the Header column title that applies to the information or status. The Candidate List is used to get an overview of the candidates progress. Since I cannot see the name of the student and the title of the columns, the list is not helpful or efficient. I have to keep scrolling to the left or to the top just to track which student's information I am looking at and what step the status or info applies to.
