When assigning Contracts in bulk, or when Generating contracts, please let us populate the 'Date Sent' field in bulk.

When trying to create Official Notes or Pushpages for 'Families that had a contract assigned today', the 'Date Sent' field is idea, but cannot be populated in bulk. Please let us do this in bulk!

      It genuinely seems weird this doesn't exist. I mean there has to be a date stamp somewhere in the backend that says when contracts were generated, otherwise how would systems be able to process things like due dates and the like. Even if it is a different field like "date generated" this needs to happen.

      It's absurd that Blackbaud's solution is manually enter the date sent - manually enter for 1,000+ contracts?? For now I will keep manually tracking when I send out contracts, it's not ideal, but it's far less time consuming than what BB expects us to do.
