We would like our preschool and kindergarten applications to have conditional birthdate fields. For example, you have to be 5 by Sept. 1 to start Kindergarten. So for this upcoming year, anyone whose birthday is after 09/01/2016 should be flagged as not being old enough to apply for kindergarten.
