Integrate Enrollment Management Data with Google Drive

As a private school in the current climate, we are tracking the funnel of applicants and inquiries from several sources:

  1. Inquiries (those who have created an application profile in Blackbaud)

  2. Applicants (those who have completed an application in Blackbaud)

  3. Those who have completed a form on our website to learn more about the school

  4. Those who have registered for virtual admissions events on Zoom

In some cases, these sources overlap. It would be great to have a tool that automatically updates a spreadsheet when an inquiry or applicant is added to the system. It would make our marketing efforts and targeted needs for advertising to families who have been to an event but created a profile, for example, way easier to filter and keep track of.
