It would be helpful to be able to add custom placeholders for official notes. More specifically, my admissions team could benefit from being able to have an 'admissions staff' placeholder available in official notes. This would allow specific staff members to be referenced for contact in official notes.

Related ideas
Placeholders in the subject line of Reenrollment contracts would be helpful, and save time for those receiving them. Ex.: name of contract and entering grade.
