We had a family schedule an interview without completing the application. We absolutely have to have the application done by the time there is a face to face interview. I can choose to HIDE all steps after the application, however, that makes it look like the checklist is really short and that there is not much to do. This could be frustrating for the parents. We would like to set the ability to schedule an interview to be contingent upon completing an application.
This might help as it is how we structured our Checklists: we make the completion of the application one of the first steps, and hide everything below it until it's complete. This forces them to complete it before they do anything else. This also helps us qualify a candidate before they get too far.
Any traction on this? We are having issues with families not completing an application before they sign up for an interview. We have all kinds of language stating that the application is required before the interview, but people miss it all the time.
Agreed. The following steps should be visible, just not actionable.
