Contract confusion with Smart Tuition / Blackbaud Tuition Management naming
Parents are confused when filling out contracts because in some spots it mentions Smart Tuition and in some cases it's called Blackbaud Tuition Management. I would like the naming to be standard across all places where the product is mentioned.
Erica, Our call on Wednesday covered two concerns, however, you only mention the second issue here. The second issue is important and needs to be addressed but it is not the most important. The main reason for my call was for Blackbaud Enrollment Mgt to fix the button on the contract to read, yes, my son is enrolling or no, my son is not enrolling.
Erica-Here is my issue, when a parent logs onto Smart Tuition it says in a huge letters across the page, we are now Blackbaud Smart Tuition. When a parent logs onto the parent portal, the name changes to Tuition Management. When a family goes to re enroll, the name changes from enrollment management to Smart Tuition when you are in your company's portion of the contract??? This is way too confusing. Can someone proof read your contract wording and make it all constant and less confusing?
