We would like the ability to set a restriction on Financial Aid awards entered onto Candidate records in Enrollment Management so that they cannot exceed the amount of tuition.

This restriction doesn't necessarily have to be tied to the tuition amounts on the contracts (although that would be nice, too). If we could enter a FA threshold trigger, perhaps a warning could pop up to alert the user that the FA amount entered is above the allowed threshold.

Another option would be to tie the FA alert to the Boarding/Day designation, and provide an alert when the FA amount exceeds the Boarding or Day tuition, respectively. This might help prevent a user from entering Boarding FA for a Day student!
