When a student submits a request, it automatically goes to "Pending". From there, you can change it to "Approved" or "Denied". But what about students who need to submit additional documentation - such as a report card, placement test, etc.? They aren't approved. We don't want to set them to Denied because they may think they will never get approved, but we can't leave them as Pending because all new requests are pending and now we don't have a way to know who we are waiting on and who we need to check on. We need another category for Course Requests called "Reviewed" or "Awaiting Response" or something.
