Include the option to add Parent Initial blocks in the application, just as it is in the contract. Within our application we have a series of acknowledgment statements that families must accept in order to complete the application. Because only one e-signature is allowed, we have found a workaround by using custom candidate field yes/no statement but this is awkward to build and gives families the impression that its a choice. It would be more effective and a better user experience to include parent initial boxes.
