Regarding the 'Household' block questions (answered: Yes/No) on applications and inquiries:

• Custodial Parent

• Has legal custody

• Responsible for school related decisions

• Responsible for communication

We were under the impression that these fields determined the following flags on a parent/child relationship (seen on a user's contact card> manage relationships):

• Parental access

• List as Parent

• Responsible Signer

The Responsible signer flag is very important, since this determines which parents will be included as signers when generating a contract.

However, we've found that users are always created with default relationship settings, as determined by Core> Users> User Profile Settings> Relationship Types.

This means that our Admissions Team must manually edit relationships for many of our more complicated family relationships. Please help us automate this process as much as possible!
