We frequently have an issue with parents for whom we have to provide a temporary password for one reason or another. When they try to login with that temporary password, a pop-up window comes up that says "Password Expired." Now if they continue to read past that, they will see that they can enter their current temporary password and reset it to a new one, but I think parents frequently stop reading after that heading. I think it would be much less confusing if it simply said "Please reset your password" and left the word "expired" out of the entire window.
