When I have a $0 application fee, the automated text 'Your fee has been waived. Click Next to continue.' is displayed. We don't want to mistakenly convey which fees were waived, because there are other fees in the process. Please let us edit this text! Also, at the very least, the word 'fee' in the message should mirror the tab's name (usually 'Payment').
