It would be extremely helpful to create a series of reminders for families that have not submitted their contracts. For example, at the beginning of the year it would be valuable to the first reminder 3 weeks in advance of the due date, a reminder to go out automatically 1 week in advance and a separate reminder 1 day in advance. This would be valuable with the addition of a unique text field for each of these reminders. As of now, this requires manual switches.
