Forms "submitted by field" in confirmation email needs to be the name of the actual person that submitted the form

Why would they add a field "submitted by" if it just puts every parent/guardian's name when it sends the confirmation email? I thought that was the point of the "submitted by" was so that when one parent/guardian submits a form and the confirmation goes to all the parent/guardians, the other parents/guardians would know who submitted the form, eliminating the confusion. But now it just adds the person it is sending the email to. SEE SCREENSHOTS. This has created even more confusion and seems to be a huge oversight.
