Allow other fees to display on contract based on grade-level and payment plan

We have 3 payment plans: Full pay, 3 pay and 8 pay. 3 and 8 require tuition insurance. Optional for Full pay. But then 8 pay also incurs a finance charge. This charge is not optional for 8 pay or anyone else, but we can't leave it to be Optional on the contract. Who will actually select it if they don't have to? And our tuition insurance and finance charges are also different depending on the tuition/grade level. Can we have a way to link those amounts to grade-level and program the same as we can tuition?
