Grant Access to Contract to only one parent

We would like the ability to be able to only give one parent access to contracts. (without changing Parental access for the non financially responsible parent (only current known work around)

    Hi All,

    We recently released a new flag under Manage Relationships called Responsible Signer. The intent is to give schools more granular control over who needs to review and sign an onBoard contract. 

    With the release we defaulted the Responsible Signer flag to active IF the user already had Parental Access/List as Parent selected. However, you should be able to update on a per case basis if you have users who need academic access to a students information but not contract access. 

    Let me know if we still need to consider follow up enhancements to get this workflow right for you.

    This is very important to some divorced families.
