When developing a form that has a student block, include a "full name" field that would include prefix (if not blank), firstname, "preferred name" (if not blank), middle name (if not blank), last name, suffix (if not blank). This would be MUCH neater for the receiver of the form (I am working on admission recommendation forms - but this would be valuable for any forms that have a student block).

And, if fullname is selected, do not require firstname lastname to be displayed
