Currently if a student replies in blackbaud through official notes an unread message notification appears but the note is not easily accessible. Unlike the parent unread note that appears in green at the top of the page, a student reply is buried in the hundreds, thousands of sent official notes. to find it one has to scroll through them all looking for the one blue note. All unread notes regardless of who replies should appear at the top of the page in green so one does not miss an important question. Is there a setting somewhere that I haven't turned on?
