Gender pronous are a major implementations to create a diverse and safe environment for students. Currently, the pronouns in the enrolment and Core are hard coded in the system and doesnot allow customisation. It would be wonderful if users can customise the field, not only including the traditional combinations such as She/her, He/his and They/their, but also more flexibilities such as She/they. It is also important to incorporate the pronouns in the communications such as official notes, allowing the system to pull the data dynamically.

How hear and citizenship drop down menu only allows the user to choose one option, but many students have more than one citizenship and the list can hardly capture all the potential combinations. It will be helpful if we can turn it into multiple selections instead.
