It seems that the 'Inquiry' checklist step-type does not have an automation that would allow it to be marked as 'completed' by the system when you process an inquiry. It is understandable that the checklist is only just-then being assigned, but it still seems like this should be accounted for.
Hi Joe, that is expected behavior, if it's not happening, can you please enter a bug with support? I'm going to mark this as exists because it should be existing functionality.
