Checklists: Add capacity to create and assign Faculty checklists

We would like to be able to create checklists specific to Faculty tasks, such as faculty onboarding and annual tasks and training. Add role of Faculty to choices for assignment.

    I feel like there was another idea for this that maybe should be merged with this? Otherwise, if this is the only version of this idea, it would be great!!
