When assigning a contract in bulk, we would like the option to add the 'Expiration Date' in bulk. This is an essential function to a successful Waitlist (IE to remove acceptances that don't reply in time)
Hey Stephen, this gets us halfway there, but I believe Joe was asking about expiration dates, not contract due dates. Expiration dates are still not able to be added for rolling admissions, because they are hard dates and there isn't an option for X days after added/generated.
Due dates only affect when reminders are sent; contracts remain visible to parents with active logins after a due date passes if an expiration date is not added.
We have a new opt-in feature that allows setting contract due dates when generated. It will replace the current workflow after admissions season is over, but for now you can activate it for your school to use it right away.
Go to Core > Settings > Activate New Features > Feature preview tab Choose the Flexible Contract Due Dates feature.
Yes! We have so many extensions & arrangements with speicifc famlies that requires manually editing publish/expiry dates to individual contracts - very inneficient.
Yep. I misread that and just associated it with that recent update. Thanks for the correction.

I agree. We issue contracts on a weekly basis so have weekly expire dates
