On checklists, please make the button to self-schedule reflect the name of the Interview/Visit type, rather than the back-end type (IE, 'Schedule Shadow Day', rather than 'Schedule Interview'). It is helpful to be able to configure notifications separately for Visits/Interviews, not necessarily to have the system dictate what they're used for.
