We would like to set the default for 'Country' to United States for all addresses. There is an 'old' (deprecated?) setting implying this under Core> Users> User Profile Settings> Profile Page Settings. The reason we would like this to be the default is to have only the 'State' dropdown display initially, and ONLY show 'Province' if someone changes the Country from the default to something else.
