Last year I remember that I was able to process in bulk a "checklist item" for all students. This year is only making the status as "completed" and I need to process one by one each student.
Hi Ingrid, we haven't made any changes to the student checklist area. I'm in there now and I can still update the step status to any option. Can you please contact support? They should be able to help.
