Fix the Glitch in which the Candidate is counted when parent is being registered for an event, as opposed to just taking into consideration the number given in the "Number of Parents Attending" box

Currently, the event registration form is counting any field with a name as part of the attendee count. This is giving an inaccurate count of people attending as well as maxing out the cap for allowable attendees, which is then preventing parents from registering when in fact there's plenty of spaces available.

    This has been a problem for us for many years now. If you want to host event where only candidates are permitted to attend with no parents, then you cannot specify the number of maximum attendees. If you allow parents to attend, then the maximum candidates in attendance cannot be specified.
