The requirement for a parent applicant to create a username within Enrollment Management and then transition over to BBID is very confusing. I understand the need during the conversion period to require that, but once a school has fully adopted BBID for parents, the initial account creation upon applying at the school should create a BBID for them. While obviously not every applicant will become a member of the school community, we want to make things simple for those that do and the need for a username to then be converted to a BBID adds much confusion to the process.
I would be interested in possibly setting this up for EMS also, but would like a little more information.
