Application hard codes

Please remove the locked hard codes from the second parent/guardian make it look exactly like the parent/guardian 1 section. Many parents are divorced...you should allow the ADDRESS to be under BOTH parent/guardian sections.

      Hi there, for divorced parents we recommend adding a second household, so that they can provide their own set of information. So household 1 would be Parent 1 and Parent 2 who live at the same address, and the applicant would click "add another" to add a second household with a second address where Parent 3 and Parent 4 might live. Support can help you with this if you need help on set up.
