Contract application late fee

I would like a contract application late fee to be triggered after the contract has passed the due date. This would allow me to better track who should be charged a late fee.

    We manually added a late fee to the families last year. This year since we are using the onBoard/Smart integration we can not add the late fee. It would be nice to have this auto feature.
