I suspect this is a deposit waiver and not a fee waiver. The deposit can be waived within the contract. Also, families that need assistance with the deposit often reach out to our business office and it is reduced and in rare cases is waived completely.
Please make the fee waiver code text box appear ONLY if a family checks off "Yes" to the question "Do you have a fee waiver code?"
Having the waiver code text box visible to all encourages more families to request a waiver code and I can attest to this. We accidently had it up for a couple of days and received numerous calls for the "waiver code". Hopefully, this is a feature that can be added ASAP. Season is about to begin for us here in Florida.
