All event registration to also have gender inclusive options like the inquiry and application

It is a bit mind-boggling that we can have gender inclusive language on the inquiry and application, but then go back to binary choices for the sign ups for our events. We negate any messaging of inclusivity with this option, and if we don't ask, we are missing key information for student background.
