In the Official Notes area, users have a space to write a reply to the Official Note received. However, after the reply is sent, the staff recipient receives absolutely no alert whatsoever. This is a recipe for lost communications.
It is better to remove the reply functionality altogether than to leave the user with the delusion that their message will be received.
Please institute some kind of alert system in the Official Notes area in case users send a reply.
Actually, my previous comment was incorrect. We have still experienced lost communications due to no alerts. This is a big problem, because we don't want to lose communications.
Nevermind...I tested this again and found that there are alerts in place. You can delete this idea.
