Allow Comments at the too of a Profile to Compound
If a candidates profile has been created/created internally, we will include comments at the top of a candidate profile. In the case that a candidates fills out an additional inquriy at a later point in time, any comments added to this new inquiry will populate at the top of a candidates profile and will delete the origianal comments. Pleaze fix this so that original comments are not lost, but the new comments from the newest inquiry will be added to the top of a candidate profile.

Because our candidates can apply for multiple "sessions" (which we use to mean "semester") for the same entering year, we are not able to assign a new checklist and allow for a new application to be submitted, while retaining the original one.For example: John Doe applies to our college for Fall of 2021 (2021-2022 academic year). He applies, is accepted, but declines the offer. John Doe would NOW like to apply for the Spring of 2022 (within the 2021-2022 academic year).We do not want to lose the fall application, but we are not able to assign him a new checklist to note that he is now applying for spring.
