Disable unused accounts after 15 months rather than 365 days

We use Enrollment Management for yearly re-enrollment, so parents only need to login once every 12 to 13 months. The 365 day account inactivity cut off falls right at the start of our re-enrollment period. This is causing a huge issue, frustrating both the parents and the staff. To top it of, if we e-enable an account, but the parent does not login with 3.5 hours, the account is disabled again.

Hi there! During the 2021 prime enrollment contract season, the Core team changed the process to inactivate accounts after 395 days or 13 months instead of 365 days/12 months. If you still have parents who experience trouble with this timeframe this year, please let me know about how many or for what percentage this is happening. Thanks for your feedback!
