Add the pronouns field to the Committee Review area, in the candidate summary under Gender.

We have a lot of students shadowing who use various pronouns, and we would like for committee reviewers to be able to see their pronouns listed on the committee review page, along with the info that is already listed to the right of the photo that includes gender, age, birthdate, grade etc. This would help faculty keep pronouns straight when referring to the student in their narrative review.
