In Speaking with client schools this week, it has surfaced that we allow for Chinese characters in most locations and modules within the Enrollment Management Suite. However, within Enrollment Management, Contract Forms, Settings, the email reminders that go out for the contract process, does not. The system converts the Chinese Characters into question marks. This is the background to , can we add HTML to the contract reminders so we are able to add the Chinese Characters to our communications?
