The new enroll/inactivate candidates that was rolled out today requires me to select a school decision. And it only allows me to choose Accept. Most of the time when we are inactivating candidates - it's becuase they did NOT complete the process. So this choice makes no sense. Then I need to choose a candidate decision which again is Accepted or Delcined and this does not apply to most inactivated candidtaes. If I could link the candidtae inactivation reasons list it would be more beneficial. Alternatively, if I could add Decision Types and choose not to publish them to the candidates so they are only internal, I could at least use those but I don't want the families to see a candidate decision of Didn't Complete Process!
Hi Karen, looks like a couple of things that should have been caught during our testing managed to slip through. None of what you're listing is intended behavior. We'll be fixing the wizard. In the mean time, you can still access the "old" wizard from the enrollments box in the to do: bar.
