In enrollment management, when creating a school form, and you need to add recipients, you can choose their role, school year, grade, or group. However, for example, we have students who are still candidates, but have been accepted by the school. There are 1200 candidates, and only 800 were accepted into the school, but haven't been changed to "incoming students" yet, because they haven't paid their fees. To prevent someone filling out the form who shouldn't, I had to manually check the 800 students who should be recipients. It would be better if there were more filtering options.
Please add the following to the school forms recipient screen to make it easier to assign school forms based on certain criteria.
