After a candidate has gone through the "official" enrollment process, regardless of their status at that moment, after they are enrolled the "enrolled" status literally covers up their status determined by checklist steps. I am happy to give examples of our candidates. All candidates in our system who are "enrolled" at any point have the green bubble as their status, but if searched for or viewed in the candidate list, (viewing their "status"), it will not say "enrolled". The status found in candidate lists will be their most up to date status determined by their completion of checklist steps.
We can definitely look into it. Another option too that might save you some time (maybe?) is the checklist step setting for auto-waive. You can choose a decision type for the step and indicate that when that step is marked as complete, all other steps should be waived. I'll keep you posted.
Thank you,
Sarah
Thank you, Sarah! That is good to know, but it does get confusing to see the "enroll" bubble, especially if checklist steps need to be waived/compeleted after the enrollment date to ensure the proper pre-enrolled "status". Is there any way to separate the checklist-step determind status bubble from the "enrolled" bubble?
Hi Cecelia, if you click on the green "enrolled" bubble, it will give you the status history and the last status the candidate held before they were enrolled.
